Senior Staff Software Engineer

Architect, implement, and maintain high-performance, resilient microservices in Go/Python that serve as the backbone for Druva's SaaS platform.

Design clean, backward-compatible, secure RESTful and gRPC APIs consumed by internal product engineering teams and enterprise customers.

Author clear technical design documents evaluating architectural trade-offs across latency, consistency, scalability, and cost.

Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and data models across PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis for sub-millisecond responsiveness.

B.Tech / B.E / M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Python, with deep understanding of concurrency (goroutines/async I/O), memory management, and data structures.

Solid experience in designing, building, and maintaining microservices and REST/gRPC APIs in high-throughput multi-tenant environments.

Deep hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (such as EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, Lambda) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
