Job Overview

Our software delivers observability tools across heterogeneous technologies and distributed systems, enabling engineering teams to identify, understand, and tackle issues, analyze performance, and get the most out of their software and infrastructure. We are looking for a motivated engineer ready to tackle complex scalability challenges.

Key points

  1. Architect, implement, test, and scale resilient microservices and distributed backend systems using Java, Node.js, or Go.

  2. Design robust data models, efficient schemas, and high-performance APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.

  3. Implement asynchronous messaging, distributed caching, and stream-processing patterns (e.g., Kafka) to process high-volume telemetry and synthetic execution data.

  4. Own the full lifecycle of your services—from writing clean, tested code to setting up CI/CD pipelines, containerizing applications, and deploying to Kubernetes-managed cloud infrastructure.

  6. Preferred: hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

  7. Preferred: experience with event-driven architectures, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), or stream-processing engines.

  8. Preferred: experience with distributed caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) and low-latency API optimization.
