Sr. Business & Strategy Analyst (Data Analytics)

Job Overview

As a fast-growing tech unicorn expanding across Latin America, we are looking for a data-driven and strategic Business Analyst to work closely with our Managing Director to optimize business performance in Mexico.

Key points

  1. Collaborate directly with executive leadership to design and execute long-term strategic initiatives.

  2. Build analytical tools and data models (SQL, Python, BI) to track key KPIs across sales, marketing, and operations.

  3. Identify growth opportunities and process improvements through deep-dive data research.

  4. Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders to accelerate decision-making.

  5. Degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  6. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and ideally Python or R.

  7. Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and the capacity to work autonomously.

  8. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
