Key points

  1. Designing, developing, and supporting high-performance, scalable cloud systems and services.

  2. Working with other service development teams, product management, and support to keep your services, and the ones they depend on, scalable, supportable, and available.

  3. Resolving customer issues quickly to improve response times and customer satisfaction.

  4. Evaluating open source technologies, picking the best fit, and contributing ideas back to the open source community.

  5. BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred.

  6. Experience with Data packet/flow based forwarding, Firewalls and tunneling protocols.

  7. Experience with one or more of VPP, OFP, Quagga. OVS experience is a plus.

  8. Experience building cloud products – IAAS, PAAS, SaaS.
