Evaluate candidate fitment by reviewing their past work, technical contributions, and problem-solving approaches.

Conduct structured technical conversations to pre-assess candidates before formal interviews.

Build and nurture long-term pipelines of deep-tech engineers in Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Infra.

Ability to understand engineering depth—you don’t need to code, but you should be able to evaluate whether a backend engineer has built for scale…

Track record of closing Staff/Principal-level hires at product or deep-tech companies.

Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes—by understanding their technical impact and role fit.

Excellent storytelling skills to articulate Hevo’s vision to top engineers.
