Staff Engineer - Business Systems

Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions — custom applications, automations, and integrations.

Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, technical solutions aligned with long-term platform strategy.

Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable data flow and sound system design.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (opportunity/lead management, forecasting, territory/assignment rules) and Experience Cloud (portal architecture, sharing sets, guest user security, community licensing) required.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform customization.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, design patterns, and scalable solution design.
