Staff Engineer, DSPM

Job Overview

Within Netskope Engineering, the DSPM team is responsible for building cloud-scale Data Security Posture Management that give enterprises visibility, compliance for structured and unstructured data stores. As a member of the DSPM team, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative and scalable systems to protect the exponentially increasing amount of enterprise data.

Key points

  1. Work with the engineering team to design, build, and test our cloud-based platform including front-end, back-end, and services.

  2. Participate in feature estimation, feature prioritization, sprint planning, biweekly sprints, code reviews, and sprint retros.

  3. Contribute to product development: understand customer needs and work with the product team to design, plan, and implement new features.

  4. Support early customers of our software by investigating and fixing production issues.

  5. BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred.
