Key points

  1. Design and implement new production processes.

  2. Analysis and optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

  3. Conduct process engineering studies and evaluate process data to identify areas for improvement.

  4. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.

  5. Bachelor's degree or above in Process Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  6. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  7. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.

  8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
