Staff Product Manager

Job Overview

Twilio is growing rapidly and is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Staff Product Manager to join our Trust Hub product team in Onboarding and Compliance. In this role, you will own various Trust Hub products end to end where you will aim to create streamlined and lovable registration experiences while also maintaining best in class KYC standards.

Key points

  1. Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

  2. Lead cross-functional teams to drive planning, design, development, and launch of products that execute on the vision.

  3. Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and use stories.

  4. Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, constantly analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure success.
