Staff Software Engineer, GenAI

Own the delivery lifecycle: understand user needs, select a technical approach, and support testing, release and production operations.

Improve AI quality, reliability, latency and cost using evaluations, monitoring and user feedback.

Build reusable APIs, tools and integrations with appropriate access controls and data protection.

Lead technical design discussions, make engineering decisions, and help other engineers improve their code and designs through constructive feedback.

Hands-on experience building GenAI applications, agents, platforms, or AI-agent-serving systems, with demonstrable examples of your contribution.

Experience designing, testing and shipping reliable software through CI/CD, including debugging and resolving production issues.

Demonstrable examples of AI problem solving and of owning cross-functional team projects.

Ability to communicate effectively in English with stakeholders across international teams.
