As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Twilio Flex Engineering team, you will set technical direction for the systems that power TaskRouter, the real time engine that decides how every contact center interaction reaches the right person.

  1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services that power Twilio Flex’s high scale TaskRouter system.

  2. Set and own the technical direction for a set of high scale, business critical backend services running on AWS…
