Staff Software Engineer-Salesforce

Job Overview

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our growing team in TDI and help scale our internal business solutions with a sharp focus on security, reliability, scalability, and intelligent automation.

Key points

  1. Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools.

  2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the Salesforce platform.

  3. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.

  4. Develop and deploy serverless solutions using Amazon Web Services Lambda and cloud-native services to extend Salesforce capabilities.

  5. Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities with an in-depth understanding of best practices, coding…

  6. Strong Python development experience for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.

  7. Experience designing cloud-native solutions using Amazon Web Services services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions, or serverless architectures.

  8. Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock.
