Talent Relations Manager

Manage talent bookings across The Ringer’s podcast network, partnering closely with hosts and producers to identify and secure compelling guests.

Build consistent workflows and communication with show teams, including regular check-ins, guest pitches, and planning around tentpole events and key coverage moments.

Develop thoughtful guest strategies that align talent opportunities with each show’s audience, voice, and editorial priorities.

Support hosts and producers in preparing for guest appearances and help ensure teams have the information and resources they need.

You have a demonstrated track record of booking high-profile guests and building trusted relationships with talent and their representatives.

You are a persuasive and thoughtful communicator who knows how to develop and pitch opportunities to internal and external partners.

You use audience insights, performance data, and strong editorial judgment to inform talent and booking decisions.

You have experience booking talent for podcasts, digital content, television, film, or related entertainment formats.
