Treasury Specialist - Supply Chain Finance Specialist (m/f)

The position ensures the effective and sustainable operation of SCF solutions, supporting working capital optimization and aligning program activities with the company's financial objectives.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and suppliers, you will drive the operational execution and continuous improvement of SCF programs.

You will contribute to standardizing processes, increasing supplier participation, ensuring financial and regulatory compliance, and strengthening collaboration across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Technology.

Own and develop Home Comfort’s global Supply Chain Finance programs and ensure their sustainable operation and growth.

University education (Bachelor's degree).

Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

English - Upper Intermediate (B2).

Good understanding of financing and working capital solutions, ideally including Supply Chain Finance concepts such as reverse factoring, dynamic discounting, or receivables finance.
