Job Overview

As a Workplace Project Manager, you'll take our workplace playbooks and standards and turn them into delivered projects and programs on the ground - office moves and openings, and global special projects like health & safety programming, design standards…

Key points

  1. Project manage Workplace's global special projects: health & safety (H&S) programming, global design standards, global emergency response programming, Workplace Violence Prevention Plans (WVPPs)…

  2. Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional Workplace leads to build and roll out emergency response plans and WVPPs that meet local regulatory requirements…

  3. Maintain and evolve global design standards (furniture, finishes, signage) so offices feel consistently "Harvey" as we scale into new markets.

  4. Drive sustainability initiatives across offices - vendor and materials selection, energy and waste programs - and track progress against goals.

  5. Strong program design and playbook-building instincts - you'd rather build a system and standard that others execute against well than run every project yourself.

  6. Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at a national or global scale.

  7. Strong command of project management fundamentals - scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.

  8. Experience partnering with (not necessarily owning) construction, real estate, or facilities teams on office moves or buildouts.
