Assistant Manager/ Senior Engineer - Customer project management Engineer (PS-SB/ENC2-IN)

Job Overview

The purpose of this position is to plan, execute and lead deliverables of customer project in component engineering to meet identified requirements and deliver necessary work packages within agreed parameters of quality, cost and timeline

Key points

  1. Estimate and plan component level projects cost covering design,testing and project management co ordination.

  2. Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

  3. Review project progress, identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

  4. Lead and drive Engineering Product Quality & Preventive.

  5. Obtain competencies in the functional area based on present and future trends as per the business requirements.

  6. Supervise innovation management processes to generate new ideas and to solve current product / customer concerns.

  7. Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical,Electrical, Industrial and Automotive).

  8. PMP certification is an added advantage.
