Associate Technical Services Engineer (Tues-Sat Shift)

Job Overview

MongoDB Technical Services Engineers will combine exceptional problem solving and communication skills with deep technical experience to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems. By documenting solutions in our knowledge base system, Technical Services Engineers will increase the efficiency of our customers, other team members and departments throughout MongoDB.

  6. The ideal candidate should have a mix of experience in most of the following areas.

  7. We are open to training people up in certain areas, so don't worry about ticking every box!

  8. Distributed systems, Database architecture and administration, Application architecture, Data architecture.
