Card Program Manager (Director level)

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Nium’s card issuance programs, from partner onboarding and technical implementation to daily operations and optimization.

Serve as the primary relationship manager for card networks (Visa, Mastercard), issuing banks/BIN sponsors, issuer processors, and card fulfillment vendors.

Partner closely with engineering and product teams to architect and launch commercial stablecoin card programs, ensuring seamless operational alignment with satoshi wallet verification APIs…

Own program unit economics, working with finance to track interchange revenue, network fees, processing costs, and overall program profitability.

Deep understanding of the card issuance ecosystem, including issuer processors (e.g., Marqeta, Thales, Galileo), BIN sponsorship models, interchange mechanics, and physical/virtual card fulfillment.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder external partnerships and negotiate operational SLAs.

Strong foundation in payment compliance, network operating regulations, and financial risk management.

Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of driving alignment between highly technical engineering PODs and business-oriented commercial teams.
