Chief Financial Officer ,North America

Own the financial strategy and long-range planning for all Americas entities, including Nadex (DCM), OG.com prediction markets operations, and the U.S. crypto exchange business.

Serve as the primary finance business partner to Americas leadership, providing data-driven insights on revenue, margin, product economics, and capital allocation.

Build and present board-ready financial narratives and investor materials as needed.

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and scenario analysis across all Americas business lines.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.

Deep familiarity with US GAAP, including technical accounting for derivatives, financial instruments, and revenue recognition.

Experience with CFTC-regulated entities or similar regulatory environments (SEC, FINRA, OCC) and the associated financial reporting and capital requirements.

Proven track record of building and leading finance teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
