Everpure is scaling its Cloud Native / Portworx (PX) service business across EMEA, and we are looking for an experienced Cloud Native Customer Engineer to support delivery and ongoing operations for our growing base of Portworx customers in the METCA region…

Key points

  1. Partner with Portworx Delivery/Solution Architects to support design and architecture workshops, gathering customer technical requirements and documenting the as-is technical environment.

  2. Identify key customer integration points with Kubernetes, storage, and backup solutions.

  3. Assist in documenting design decisions, including storage/backup workflows, high availability and disaster recovery configurations, scalability plans, and networking/security considerations.

  4. Understand prospects' and customers' technical needs related to their Cloud Native Kubernetes deployments and translate them into actionable implementation plans.

  5. Proven experience with DevOps practices and a strong understanding of the cloud-native technology landscape.

  6. Experience supporting enterprise customers directly, including comfort working on customer sites/production environments and communicating technical progress clearly.

  7. In-depth experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments; proficiency with at least one of OpenShift, Rancher, Mirantis, or other orchestrators.

  8. Familiarity with other container orchestration platforms.
