Review and negotiate technology-related commercial agreements with the Company’s customers, including master services and SaaS agreements, data processing addenda, data security addenda, and NDAs.
Review, negotiate, and structure vendor and partnership agreements, as needed.
Design, implement, and iterate on the legal team’s AI initiatives, policies, processes and procedures to improve the legal team’s engagement model across the organization.
Provide pragmatic legal and strategic support on cross-functional projects.
Advise cross-functional teams on meeting strategic objectives while complying with global laws, regulations, best practices, and customer requirements.
Preferred: negotiating enterprise deals with enterprise customers in key APAC geographies such as Singapore, India and Indonesia.
Preferred: local entity administration.
