Compliance Officer - Growth

Lead cross-functional programs that enable new products, markets, payment methods, partner integrations, and network programs to launch compliantly and at scale.

Drive end-to-end execution for growth initiatives, from problem definition and requirements gathering through launch, monitoring, and post-launch optimization.

Partner with Product and Engineering to define business requirements, operational models, control needs, and system enhancements that reduce manual work and create scalable solutions.

Work closely with Commercial, Partnerships, Legal, Risk, and regional stakeholders to align on launch readiness, sequencing, ownership, and dependencies.

Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, payment methods, network rules, or merchant payment flows.

Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to launch or improve systems, workflows, or controls.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.

Excellent organizational skills, with a structured approach to planning, execution, risk management, and follow-through.
