Job Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Central Growth manager to drive measurable monetization outcomes across the Paytm consumer app.

Key points

  1. Own app monetization outcomes (ARPU + engagement).

  2. Drive consumer monetization KPIs: ARPU uplift, conversion to paid/monetized actions, repeat usage, category adoption, and engagement depth.

  3. Identify growth pockets across categories (e.g., RU, bill pay, commerce, travel, financial products) and scale what works.

  4. Traffic strategy & allocation (maximize ROI).

  5. Partner with DS/Product to create routing/next-best-action models and run continuous optimization via experiments.

  6. Manage trade-offs across categories (where to push, when to hold, and how to protect user experience).

  7. Preferred: experience in fintech/payments/consumer internet or app-led monetization ecosystems.

  8. Preferred: strong comfort with dashboards, metrics definitions, and experiment readouts.
