Solid SQL skills - you should be comfortable with joins, subqueries and CTEs.
A logical, analytical mindset to tackle complex tasks and spot patterns in data.
Great communication skills and attention to detail (crucial when working with data that people rely on to make decisions).
1–2 years of experience in data operations, analytics or tech-related roles.
