Data Platforms Manager

Lead the strategy, engineering, and operations of enterprise data platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable services.

Drive platform modernization, automation, observability, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience.

Provide hands-on technical leadership across AWS EMR, Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, and cloud-based platforms.

Partner with architecture, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver resilient and cost-effective solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong hands-on expertise with AWS EMR, Apache Spark, Hadoop ecosystem technologies, NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, HBase), and distributed data platforms.

Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Jenkins, Git-based workflows, and Python, supporting highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise platforms.

Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
