Job Overview

We are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting our Business Development Representantive (BDR) program.

Key points

  1. You will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across the company.

  2. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, develop analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  3. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales.

  4. Own and manage BDR Performance Reporting (conversion rates, pipeline generated, attainment, campaign performance).

  5. Bachelor's degree in related field.

  6. Experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboard building.

  7. Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for sales leaders.

  8. Comfortable using AI tools and workflows.
