Job Overview

As the Director of AI Strategy and Transformation, you'll translate enterprise strategy into coordinated action by prioritizing opportunities, mobilizing cross-functional teams, aligning senior stakeholders, and ensuring critical initiatives maintain momentum. We are seeking a Director of AI Strategy and Transformation to help shape and advance a portfolio of strategic AI initiatives across the organization.

Key points

  1. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio mindset, sound business judgment, and the ability to move between strategy and execution.

  2. They will work across Customer Success, Product Leadership, Technology, and other enterprise teams, as well as with external technology and consulting partners…

  3. Shape and maintain a portfolio of strategic AI transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.

  4. Evaluate opportunities, investments, dependencies, risks, and sequencing to support leadership decisions.

  5. Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of complex initiatives and aligning stakeholders around shared priorities.

  6. Experience leading across complex, matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority.

  7. Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, investment decisions, and coordinated execution.

  8. Strong strategic judgment and the ability to evaluate opportunities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and organizational readiness.
