We are looking for a senior technology leader to lead Zeta’s digital transformation across its Enterprise Applications, Software Solutions, Integration, AI, IT Infrastructure, and Operations landscape. The role sits at the intersection of enterprise applications, software engineering, integration architecture, AI-enabled automation, IT infrastructure, service management, cybersecurity, and technology operations.
Practical experience identifying and applying AI and intelligent automation to enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, and operations.
Experience overseeing technology ecosystems across multi-location organizations.
Demonstrated commercial acumen across vendor management, procurement, contract negotiations, and technology budget ownership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. MBA or relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
Proven experience leading application/software engineering teams and overseeing the delivery of enterprise software solutions.
Strong experience designing or overseeing enterprise integration architecture, APIs, middleware, data integration, workflow orchestration, and bridge systems.
