Director of Product Management, Observability

Own the strategy and roadmap for data collection, ingestion, processing and routing, and the integrations framework.

Define and track KPIs focused on product and feature adoption.

Partner with Observability, Security, and Search product leaders to provide a shared service everyone can leverage.

Make getting data ingestion self-service, with time-to-first-data measured in minutes.

Deep technical fluency in telemetry ingest: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, log processing, routing, and agent management.

Experience shipping SaaS products with usage-based pricing, and building platform capabilities shared by several product lines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with the Elastic Stack is a plus.
