Director of Structured Finance

Own financing workstreams end-to-end for Cloudflare’s network and data center infrastructure — including equipment and hardware financing, leasing, vendor financing…

Translate infrastructure requirements and capex plans into clear, investable frameworks and materials for lenders, lessors, and other financing counterparties.

Represent Cloudflare independently in negotiations with external counterparties, exercising sound judgment on risk allocation, collateral, covenants, and commercial terms.

Evaluate lease vs. buy vs. finance trade-offs and recommend the structures that best balance cost of capital, flexibility, and risk.

It combines hands-on transaction execution with financial analysis, relationship building with the financing community, and strategic decision support for senior leadership and the Board.

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.

Preferred: 10+ years of experience across structured or project finance, infrastructure investing, private credit, equipment leasing, private equity, investment banking…

Preferred: a track record of leading complex financing transactions through to close, including direct negotiation and documentation with external counterparties.
