We are looking for a driven, curious, and empathetic product management leader to push the envelope of Okta’s market footprint by growing our integration ecosystem. As Director of Product Management for Okta integration ecosystem, you will be responsible for product strategy, and managing a PM team dedicated to evolving the Okta built integrations across all the product lines.
Own the strategy and growth of Okta’s build integrations through product vision.
Connect with key partners and customers to distill down feature asks and pain points into true requirements that deliver broad customer value.
Develop roadmaps that make hard tradeoffs and prioritize the highest value work first.
Build compelling hypotheses and find ways to validate assumptions at low cost.
Preferred: experience with identity and access management (IAM) platforms and security products.
Preferred: experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services, partner considerations surfaced in the user experience in particular.
Preferred: bS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience that allows you to rationalize and influence technical design decisions.
Preferred: advanced degree in technical or business field, MBA helpful.
