Early Talent Recruiter

Lead full-cycle recruiting for interns and new graduates across multiple business units, from sourcing and resume review through interviews, offers, and candidate close.

Build and execute campus recruiting strategies in India, including relationships with university placement teams, student organizations, and other relevant campus partners.

Represent MongoDB at university events and recruiting activities, helping students understand our opportunities and strengthening our presence on campus.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, agree on recruiting plans, assess candidates, share pipeline updates, and make timely hiring decisions.

Experience recruiting in a fast paced, high volume environment and managing multiple roles or hiring priorities at once.

Strong relationship building skills and experience partnering with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders.

A data informed approach to recruiting, with the ability to use pipeline insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
