Professional would be required to manage the stock-based compensation accounting, equity schedules, and related quarterly and annual financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain stock-based compensation schedules, including option grants, RSUs, ESPP, and performance awards.
Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting for all equity-related transactions in accordance with ASC 718 (Compensation – Stock Compensation).
Manage and reconcile the equity roll-forward, including tracking of shares outstanding, exercises, cancellations, and forfeitures.
Work with external platforms to maintain integrity of equity.
MBA Finance / CPA (preferred).
Strong hold in MS Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight reporting deadlines.
Experience: Entry-level · 2–5 years
