We're hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A at ElevenLabs. You'll own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, the budgeting cycle and the monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO and board use to run the company as we prepare for IPO.
You'll build the core model first, then use it to evaluate every major investment.
You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions.
You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company…
Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and your recommendations get implemented.
Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar), comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse…
Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team.
