Strong working knowledge of Telegram and Discord, Reddit including moderation practices, bots, and announcement workflows.

Ability to explain trading, earning, payments, and market topics clearly and accurately without giving personal financial advice.

Experience running online events from planning through reporting, including approvals, budget or reward tracking, and follow-up.

Comfort using community data and member feedback to assess results and improve future activity.
