Growth Program Manager

Set the strategy for your programs: define goals, identify the biggest levers, and decide where to invest.

Own execution end to end and be accountable for outcomes like pipeline, conversion, time-to-productive, and retention.

Build and lead the teams that run your programs, including hiring leads who own their areas and setting clear expectations and performance standards.

Build sustainable expert pipelines through targeted outreach, new channels, and creative approaches.

Experience scaling a program through rapid growth.

A background in recruiting at scale, talent sourcing, growth marketing, or community building.

Experience in marketplace, gig, or external workforce businesses.

Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
