Head of Commercial Solutions

Stripe’s Global Business Services team is looking for a Head of Commercial Solutions to lead the Commercial Solutions team.

Additionally, it includes establishing and maintaining program management standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across programs and projects.

This role requires a background in program management, deal policies and processes, a strong understanding of commercial frameworks and complex sales motions…

The candidate will have experience with SaaS products, commercial & contracting strategies, and a strong background in program management.

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.

Experience managing a team of experienced Commercial Solutions Program Managers.

Experience working in ambiguous, quickly scaling environments, comfortable with high-agency.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills, each catered through an executive lens.
