Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.
Strong business acumen and working knowledge of Product and Engineering organizations; supporting technical organizations is strongly preferred.
Data fluency and the ability to translate workforce and people insights into clear, practical recommendations.
