India site Strategy & Operations Lead will partner closely with India site leadership to drive global strategic priorities, operational excellence, employee engagement, and cross-functional, cross-geo initiatives.
Partner with India leadership to translate global business priorities and strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Lead and manage site-level strategic programs and operational initiatives from planning through execution and narrative building.
Establish operating mechanisms, governance routines, dashboards, and progress reviews to ensure timely execution.
Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities and drive appropriate corrective actions.
Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a large or matrixed organization.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience working across multiple sites, functions, and geographies.
