Instructional Designer, Global Sales Enablement

You’ll design, build, and maintain learning content that gives Stripe’s sales teams a consistent foundation for their work.

Your projects will include e-learning modules, blended learning resources, and performance support tools that help sellers learn new concepts and apply them.

You’ll manage your assigned projects, communicate progress, and keep content accurate as products and processes evolve.

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.

Experience using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise or comparable software, to build structured learning experiences.

Ability to explain complex information through clear writing, visual design, and learning activities.

Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to learn unfamiliar products or processes and develop accurate content.
