The Learning & Development Partner will work closely with the Data Engineering business leadership to design, drive, and deliver learning strategies that build critical technical capability, leadership depth, and future-ready skills.
Partner with Data Engineering leaders to understand business priorities, capability gaps, and future skill needs.
Translate business goals into structured learning roadmaps covering technical, leadership, and behavioral competencies.
Develop and execute an AI capability-building roadmap for employees, aligned with business priorities and emerging technology trends.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development and skill readiness.
Design and curate learning interventions for Data Engineering roles.
Leverage internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external partners to create high-impact, contextual learning programs.
Ensure learning pathways are role-based, progressive, and aligned to career growth.
Leverage AI tools for content design and development, and learning operations.
Experience: Senior-level · 10–13 years
