Act as the senior escalation point for complex or strategic customer engagements, bringing deep product and legal expertise.
Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to retention strategy.
Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance.
Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with an ability to quickly develop and demonstrate platform expertise.
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house legal teams.
