Job Overview

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive prospect engagement and conversion across Fivetran’s global Commercial business. You’ll collaborate with demand generation, content, marketing operations, and sales to connect email nurture with broader campaigns and prospect outreach.

Key points

  1. Own email marketing strategy and execution for Commercial new business prospects, driving engagement, lead-to-MQL conversion, and pipeline growth.

  2. Build and optimize automated nurture journeys that guide prospects through the buying process, using behavior, interests, and funnel stage to deliver relevant messaging.

  3. Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies in partnership with demand generation, sales, and marketing operations.

  4. Craft compelling email copy and collaborate with product marketing, content, and brand teams to drive engagement, demo requests, and conversions.

  5. Marketo, Google Analytics, SFDC, Chat GPT, Claude, and Looker.

  6. Hands-on experience with Marketo, including building automated journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign reporting.

  7. A proven ability to develop and optimize nurture campaigns that drive prospect engagement.

  8. Strong email copywriting skills and an understanding of email design, deliverability, and quality assurance best practices.
