Line Technical support Engineer (Assistant Manager)

Job Overview

At least 3 years working experience in engineering related department. Familiar with Pro/E etc. design tool to create 2D/3D drawings, requirement engineering and FMEA etc. knowledge.

Key points

  1. As responsible engineering team member for additional launch release (ALR)/relocation/promotion/SDA (Sales Driven Activity) etc. projects mainly include.

  2. Clarify and define the product requirements with customers.

  3. Establish BOM and create new 2D/3D drawings.

  4. Work with QPV to define test plan, analyze test failures and improve design.

  5. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related majors.

  6. Be familiar with the relevant certification process and standards on power tools or household appliances, such as IEC/EN/UL 62841, 60335 is preferred.

  7. Good knowledge in material and process, strength calculation & verification, failure analysis and problem solving.

  8. Having power tool or related industries experience is preferred.
