AbbVie’s Global Forecasting Center of Excellence sets forecasting standards and builds the analytical capabilities that guide enterprise planning.

You will lead a small team of data scientists who operate, maintain, and expand these forecasting models, and you will partner with forecasters…

Operate and maintain AI/ML sales forecasting models, monitoring accuracy, reliability, and performance, and resolving or escalating issues.

Deliver model outputs on schedule to support financial planning cycles and downstream deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (master’s preferred).

Advanced proficiency in machine learning, including time-series forecasting, supervised learning, ensemble methods, and model evaluation.

Advanced proficiency in Python and/or R, with experience deploying and maintaining production ML models.

Ability to translate business context into modeling decisions and communicate technical results clearly to non-technical audiences.
