Design and execute scalable GTM motions that increase customer engagement with Now on Now, building strong partnerships across Sales, Solution Consulting, Global Solutions, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM organizations. Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead through influence and successfully orchestrate initiatives across Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other matrixed organizations.

  7. Experience working with senior executives, customers, sales leaders, and technical practitioners, with the confidence to facilitate strategic conversations and influence across organizational boundaries.

  8. Strong ability to translate complex technology and transformation initiatives into clear, compelling business narratives appropriate for executive and customer audiences.
