In this role, you will work closely with partner solution architects, delivery leads, and engineering teams to help them build repeatable offerings and internal expertise on top of the Cognition platform.
Own the technical success of GSI partners across onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery of Devin/Windsurf.
Work directly with partner engineering and architecture teams to understand their delivery models, tooling, and customer use cases.
Enable partners to build repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures using Devin/Windsurf.
Lead technical trainings, workshops, and deep dives for partner teams (hands-on, not slideware).
Degree in STEM field and a strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams (enterprise or services environments preferred).
Strong communication skills; you can engage credibly and build relationships with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives.
