We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Partner Enablement Manager to build and scale our partner enablement function.
Design and orchestrate end-to-end training and certification programs for partners.
Deliver engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
Build scalable curricula that drive partner proficiency in Netomi’s CX and AI platform.
Continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance gaps.
Proven experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programs.
Experience working with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators preferred.
Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
