Partner Enablement Operations Manager

Own the partner enablement operating model, including core planning cadences, governance mechanisms, and execution frameworks that connect strategy to execution.

Run QBRs, MBRs, and executive reviews for partner enablement leadership, using clear metrics and forward-looking insights to drive accountability and decision-making.

Lead end-to-end execution of partner enablement initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are managed effectively across functions and regions.

Build and maintain dashboards and operating reviews that surface partner engagement, program performance, risk signals, and areas requiring intervention.

Proven experience supporting global or multi-region teams and translating central strategy into executable operating plans.

Preferred experience in the Data & AI space, with a strong understanding of Databricks' platform capabilities, key differentiators, and end-to-end solutions…

Demonstrated ownership of operating cadence, forecasting, planning, and execution frameworks in a complex, matrixed environment.

Strong analytical capability and the ability to turn data into executive insight, operational decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
