Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and fix tools.
Certify and train maintenance, chemical technicians, and equipment tool owners.
Establish written procedures and specs for maintenance technicians.
Work with process engineering team to provide resolution/reduction of rework and scrap issues.
MUST HAVE THESE Qualifications.
BS degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
Must have experience in Photolithography equipment tools – ASML XT Twin Scan, ASML PAS5500, Canon and Nikon Steppers.
In-depth knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanics, resist, develop, optics, robotics and Photo tools.
